no, those are the choke cables but interestingly the Heritage certificate shows a build date of November 1962 which should probably be 1961. I checked Clausager's book re this which confirms my thoug

It looks like the pressure tap for the "fuel pressure" gauge. If you look at the picture in the center column in the 8th row counting top to bottom, you'll see the small diameter copper tube is solde
