- Moss makes a spray can product specifically for that purpose--I will leave it to others to pass judgement on the correctness of the color. I have had very good luck using Rust-Oleum products on wire

- Moss and even Eastwood sell the correct color silver paint for your wheels. It is called a warm silver or "Argent Silver" paint. In any case it is advertised as the correct silver for your wheels. I
