no joy in the archives I bought a Gates 7440 belt for my BT7. It was a bit short. I could not get it around my generator. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what belt did you use? Genny is loose.

Ira, when I had a generator on my BJ8, I used a Gates 7440 fan belt. The Moss 6-bladed fan threw a couple blades and I had to cut the fan belt to drive the car home without severe vibrations. The bel
