I have a bent one also, but after studying it more, I think it is very possible to bend it back. It's worth a free shot if you don't plan to keep it. I would put it in a vise and get a 6 ft long piec

The tube are interchangable from the non adjustable to the adjustable all you need to do is shorten the tube and the solder it in place. Then to assure that is is sealed put a little silicone around

thanks to the guys who suggested heating the tube. bought a bottle of MAPGAS and heated it about 30 seconds or so and pulled the tube into the correct postion, line-boring it with the MOD 1 eyeball.
