- First car was a 64 Ford Futura Falcon with a straight 6. I found it easier to climb into the engine compartment and sit on the frame, rather than reaching over the fender all the way to the engine. P

- My '95 F150 is like that--it's easier to sit on the fender than it is to try and reach all the way in to the engine compartment. I greatly prefer that to the Beetle. _________________________________
