- Rather than power the pump from that connection, you might consider using it to control a relay that provides the operating power to the pump. Listers, Going to install Facet fuel pump. Any downside

- Dan, I did that same thing on all 3 of my Triumphs. I added an in-line fuse about 6 inches from the connection to the coil. Some on the list have mentioned that a shut-off switch should be mounted to
