Not surprising, since they share the wiring to the lamps. Looking at Dan's diagram for a TR250, I think you should only have the red hazard warning blinking on the dash; not the green turn indicator

I am bummed that my heater fan has died after only 47 years! There are a few on Ebay. Acknowledging that buying used electrics on Ebay is a caveat emptor transaction, how difficult is the trade-out?

When I had my heater out I put a squirrel cage fan back in instead of the bladed fan. That was around 11 years ago so I'd have to dig deep to find out where I got it but I think I may have mentioned
