wipers/seatbelts

Hello listers sent this message earlier but don't think it got thru. The 
wipers on my tr250 sweep way past the glass and do not park. they just stop 
anywhere when the switch is turned off. The wiper motor seems to be from a 6 
. What's up?
Also need to buy seatbelts , I saw a nice set of vintage competition lap belt 
in Moss book that would go great with the look of my car. Does anybody have 
any experience with after market belts? fit ? complete Hardware ?
