Rocker panel caps

Hi,

I'm in the process of replacing the floors and sills of my 75 TR6. For the
most part the welding is done but I have yet to install the end caps on the
rocker panels. How are they fastened? I was going to weld them but I seem to
remember people mentioning removing them for cleaning. This project has been
a long haul but it's finally reached a point where the reassembly has begun.
I's quite rewarding to see it taking shape.
