Press in jets/'69 TR6 carbs

Hello List:

I'm going to revisit my carb rebuild and need some help and advice.  Has 
ANYONE out there removed and replaced the press in jets on the '69 TR6 
carbs?  Can this procedure be done at home?  What special tools are 
required?
