Hi,
It is OK for the dwell angle to fluctuate by 3 degrees or should it be rock
solid at 35 degrees?
The dwell on my car moves around from 33 to 36 degrees, and I'm wondering if a
wobble in the distributor cam could be the reason.
My car is a 1974 TR6 with 140,000 miles and, except for points and such, I have
never done any work on the distributor.
Is there a recommended maintenance procedure that should be done on a
distributor at some point?
If it is wobbling, I wonder if it could ever get so bad that it could cause
misfires or even ruin a rotor or cap?

Thanks,
Phil
