This is on my list of things to do for Rags.  I'm using the long "power
bulge" cut from a TR4a bonnet (the car was a total rust heap), and blending
it onto my TR6 bonnet.  I intend to cut the front of the bulge for a small
inlet that will feed into a air box fabricated from aluminum.  The purpose
of the air box is to isolate the carbs from ingesting warm engine bay air.
I'm a little concerned that the small hole may not flow enough air, in which
case I will have to augment it with an air duct from the radiator duct.

I had to cut the right-hand strengthening rib from the TR6 bonnet, which did
not seem to affect the rigidity of the bonnet.
