Lube oils for G/B and Trans.

Listers,

I'm wanting to lubricate my 6's water pump and steering rack per the owner's
manual.  Each is said to require the temporary fitting of a grease nipple.
The water pump is supposed to accept a 1/8" Briggs taper nipple and the
steering rack is supposed to accept a 1/8" B.S.P. Parallel fitting.  Where
does one get these?  Are there compatible items which are typically available
locally?
