I'll try this again,
I am refurbishing the rocker cover from a '76 TR6. The filter/baffel (this
material will be referred to hereafter as stuff) seemed pretty clogged. I
felt that the stuff should be removed before any powdercoating took place.
I have folded back the tabs on the housing piece and attempted to remove the
stuff. No progress so far.
How do you get the stuff out?
What is that stuff?
Do you clean it or replace it?
Any hints for leak free installation of rocker cover and gasket?
