Oliver,

Your problem most likely is with a poor ground somewhere.  Clean and tighten 
all your electrical connections first.  If your drivers side is working 
properly then compare the connections on each side to make sure the drivers and 
passengers sides are both connected the same.  Then check the sockets.  These 
can become so dirty as to make good contact nearly impossible.  Clean and 
wiggle, clean and wiggle until it works.  You didnt mention if all the lights 
worked recently or if you are hooking up the lights for the first time in 
awhile.  If they worked recently and the drivers side works then you can always 
switch the sockets from the side you know works to the side that doesnt to 
eliminate the possibility that the socket is bad.
