setting timing

74 tr6; fully rebuilt dizzy, just installed, with completley rebuilt z-s carbs 
to be re-installed tomorrow; both untested; any key recommendations for 
'start-up'; the carbs are now set mid-point on mixture; likely I'll proceed for 
timing set up first, allowing carbs with mild idle set to 800 ought to suffice.
