I own a 1969 TR6. I bought in 1980 and restored most of what needed to be
restored. I drove the car as a toy for 2 or 3 years (3000 mi. total) and
developed sloppy universal joints...I think?
I parked car in my garage hoping to fix u-joints and get a new top (10 years
ago)...the car is still in my garage and I want to get it on the road again.
I used to start on a regular basis but haven't for about a year or so.
Can you give me some direction. Huntington is a small town and I don't know
of any Triumph car clubs or for that matter Triumph owners.
I would like to find a "reputable" mechanic to look over the car and give me
the findings so I would know more than the obvious.
