I just received my new Robbins top from TRF. It included the necessary snaps
in black metal.
I purchased the plastic version a while ago for the tonneau, top cover and
top. Having replaced only
the door snaps in plastic when the car was painted I have found them difficult
when removing the tonneau.
In fact the tonneau tore trying to lift the snaps. Do I go to plastic or stay
with metal? if so, is there a
source for the snaps in black metal.
Has anyone else found them difficult to remove? I bought extra male pieces to
replace as they break.
Metal or plastic??
