Lee, It is Rimmer Bros. part #RS2018. I believe this may have been the 
original set up as I have found 2 unused grounding tabs, 1 on each side of 
the boot which accomodate the grounds on the bulb holder. Mine is a '75. If 
yours does not have these you will have to decide how you want them
