Irv, the only reference I have (which came from Derek Graham who I think is on
this list) shows that head as being used from 74 through 77 on the Triumph
2500 TC saloons in various parts of the world so I'm guessing it might be the
same as the 74-76 TR6 heads. That number is the casting number but do you not
have another number that looks like say 219019 or similar stamped on the
manifold side of the head ?

I am trying to identify the cylinder head that came on a spare engine that I
recently bought. The head has the number 313248 cast into it. When I go to
The Roadster Factory online catalog, that number comes up as a TR6 cylinder
head, but doesn't say from what year. Can anyone point me in the right
direction?
