 Agree 100%.=C2=A0 It sounds like the pin is not going down the center of t=
he latch and there is a significant sideways force applied causing enough d=
rag to resist the spring pressure to open up.=C2=A0 If you get it properly =
centered it will pop up every time. But it takes a bit of fiddling to get i=
t right.=C2=A0 A little grease helps, too.

d put a small amount of paint from a paint stick or similar around the open=
