OK. Last time I posted this I had such a huge response that I was a bit
overwhelmed. I also got thrown onto three projects at work and put the
e-mail list at the back of my mind...SORRY.
Anyhow, I'm still looking for actual paint samples for the Alpine
colors. I have all the Rootes paint samples, but I can't use them to
formulate the colors. I want actual parts that have good original paint
on them. I would prefer the paint on the back side of the heater core
cover or the paint from one of the brackets under the dash. Anything
that didn't get sunlight or enviromental exposure. And of course a part
that isn't worth $$$. I will pay shipping.
Right now, I need Commodore blue (106) and Moonstone (19) for customer
cars. Any help would be appriciated and my findings fill be available to
anyone needing paint matches for their Alpines.
