In regards to the "red rubber grease" it is a Lucas product that I picked up
at an import auto parts shop. Technocally speaking, it is brake fluid jelly.

The workshop manual specifies the use of "Girling Red Rubber Grease" when
rebuilding servos and brake hydraulics. What would I use as today's
substitute. I remember seeing it listed in a VB catalogue one time but I am
hoping that there is something I can get locally over the counter.
