I guess its out there, Kurt is a crappy parts dealer. If he was really
dedicated, he would have dropped everything, hopped on a plane to England,
purchased the part, and flew to your hometown, took a helo from the airport
to save even more valuable time, and hand delivered your part. At the very
least, he should have purchased the tooling and repeoduced the part for you
on the spot. Where is the customer service that is so lacking in this hobby?
Actually, to get what I want, I call, order the part, then let them know I
am going to hold my breath until I turn blue if I don't get it RIGHT NOW! It
always works for me. Give it a try. Lou
