I had my Alpine IV in a car show this weekend and a friend of a friend told
us he has an Imp he really wants to sell and get out of his yard. So we
took a look and here is some info:
1968 Imp Mark 2 (B4120234902LSX)
50,000 miles
The right rocker is rusty the rest looks to be pretty good with some
surface rust.
There is light front end damage below the hood-the hood is okay, a little
damage to the right front fender. It appears that all could be straightened
out.
Lucas headlights, taillights-glass is all good.
Engine looks to be complete(even the wiring harness looks good) and
original as does the whole car. Interior is all there. It needs restoration.
The car was parked 12 or so years ago and was running at that time.
Clear title-he's asking $750 for it but I know he's motivated to sell it.
