I just received my first digest for months. What a nice surprise. Glad
to see some of the old regulars are still at it.
I just got back from Carmel. I saw some of the PreHistorics practice
laps. There was one Sunbeam, a Tiger with a low racing windshield. It
was under a cover. I think it was Forrest Green. An owner never showed
up while I was there.
As some of you know, my sports car collection has grown and the Alpine has
not been seeing miles lately. But, while up in Carmel, I can tell you
hands down that it was the Alpine I wished I had with me (the family Acura
MDX just didn't cut it)!
