Hi Tim,

        The best way is to just have your existing speedo recalibrated. I
sent mine to Nisonger in NY years ago, and they had a procedure to go though
involving counting turns of the rear wheel to turns of the speedo cable. Any
good instrument specialist should be able to handle it for you easily. That
way your speedo will still match the rest of your instruments.
