Chuck,

Perhaps your springs are worn, but that shouldnt make the wheels rub on them.
Also make sure the 1.75 inch spec relates to your vehicle.

Series 1 and 2s springs are almost dead flat when the vehicle is loaded.
This puts the suspension in the "best" possible position to prevent the arch of
the springs from affecting the rear track due to lateral loads.

Darn it ! I just looked at the springs, unladen they are almost in the less
than flat position. If I put weight on them they are reverse bow. In reading
my book it says that I need at least 1.75 inches bow on the center line.
Looks like I'd best remove them and take them to the spring store for
re-bend..
Thanks for your input. Whilst doing that I may as well replace the bushings.
