Pilot bushing

And of course no prizes for the well-worn method of removing a pilot 
bushing:

Pump grease into the cavity and the pressure pushes out the old one!

Also, don't forget the 'soak in oil overnight' advice for the new one - 
makes some interesting noises if you don't ;-)
