Hi all,
My tach in my SV use to work but now doesn't. The needle bumps up when
I turn on the ignition. I have measured zero ohms from the case to
ground and it is getting power. When I put in the electronic ignition
years ago, I had to reduce the number of loops the sensing wire went
through the pickup unit on the back of the tach from two to one loop.
It worked fine for 6 months, now nothing.
Any thoughts on what else to look for?
