I just went through the same process that you are going through. The '95 M3
runs a 17 X 7.5 in. wheel all around. As you might expect, that size is not
easy to find in aftermarket wheels. However, there is a BMW dealer that
offers 25% discounts for on-line (actually, kind of low tech, e-mail)
orders. Send e-mail to Stephen (FLBEARCUB@aol.com) if you want more info,
or to place an order.
Here are the choices from BMW (as I understand it, 1kg is approximately 2
lbs).
Contour, style 23: weighs 10.13 kg: $455.00 - 25% = $341.25
5 Spoke polished and forged, style 24: weighs 8.94 kg: $645.00 - 25% =
$483.75
5 spoke forged "BMW Motorsport" embedded: weighs 8.94 kg: $515.00 - 25% =
$386.25
Double Spoke, style 39: weighs 8.94 kg: $455.00 - 25% = $341.25
