OK, so tell me PRECISELY how you distinguish between a legitimate fuel
filter, complete with paper filter element and a "surge tank," seeing as
how the filter can serve that function, EVEN IF THE COMPETITOR DIDN"T
HAVE THAT IN MIND.

And JUST MAYBE it's people like YOU who fail to understand the very real
and negative long-term possibilities of more poorly-worded and
nonspecific rrules.
