Howdy,

Does anyone know for sure if there's supposed to be a splash guard on the
left front, attached to the fender liner and the lower rad support?
There's one of the right side on my car but not one on the left.  The
dealer can't identify one from the parts fiche or whatever and I can't
tell from the service manual...  I'm tempted to say that there isn't one,
but I figured I'd check with other neon owners first....
