Kevin,

Could be one of several things that have blocked the exhaust.  Cat is first
thing, but the exhaust pipe right at the header is an option (happened to
me).  The inner wall can and will collapse if it's double walled.  Drop the
pipe right at the header (if that's easy) and see if it runs.  Assuming you
checked the fuel filter, pump etc.
