Yes, the answer is no.  It is un-rule-ful for any driver to see the course
at "car speed" before they run. Can't quote chapter and verse, but she
would certainly be protestable in whichever class she ran second in, based
on this, even if she was allowed to run.

There may be a more explicit rule, but that one's good enough.
