the rules read
VI Allowed Modifications STR
Same as ST, except delete 18.w above regarding tires. The Tire rule for
STR is the same as stock catagory.
VII Allowed Modifications (STU)
...The following modifications are allowed beyond those allowed for STR
which I interpret as meaning you can use your Kuhmos.. or BFG's or hooisers
or whatever
500 hp out of a 3.1l engine that's smog legal?!?! That's really pushing it.
