Just a point of clairfication. All FSAE cars need to run a restrictor 
(unless they changed that rule since I left). The restriction is 20 mm 
for gasoline fuel, and 18 mm for M85 (85% methanol, 15% gas). 

FWIW, Dr. Woods is one big reason why UTA is always near the top of the 
FSAE standings.
