Add to this the looming shuffle of Street Prepared cars for 2000 - from
five classes into six.

I would think that the "Pax Guru" would have to shuffle data from the
moved cars into the new classes and adjust from there.

(Personal opinion - The G Stock number has gotta get tougher!)
