Still, it must be *specified by the manufacturer.* And I highly doubt you'll find a factory service manual that says, "Go down to your local hardware store and buy any old bolt with a smaller shank" or "shim it with whatever you've got handy." The manual will specify a part to protect them from liability. Mark |
