I'd say it's pretty close though not quite as grippy. That McClellan
asphalt was probably the stickiest asphalt I've driven on! Of course we
probably won't have 100 degree heat to deal with either..... ;-0
This used to be a runway, and is thus in pretty good shape. It doesn't have
any big humps either like McClellan did in a couple of places.
Not only all of the above, but it has some beautiful views of the
surrounding mountains (Olympics, etc.)
