Formula Jr. info wanted

Where can I find information on the FJR class online? I'm interested in
getting my daughter involved next year, and would like to see some info on
rules, suggested karts, and any other advice that might be out there. Budget
would be a major concern.

Any help is appreciated, either on or off list, as you deem appropriate.
