Instead of a "exclusion"list, how about a "inclusion" list?

For example:  The following tires are legal for competition in STS

1)  Kuhmo 712
2)  BFG KD
3)  Michelin Pilot 
4)  Bill Joe Bob's used uniroyal "specials":)
and so on...maybe pick 10 types.

Of course, I guess they could still make a ringer tire....
