In the light of official interest by decision-making bodies in our club:

As a member and officer of the club, I once again call for publication of
verifiable data showing that "speed creep" is actually taking place in
REALITY, and not simply in the MINDS of observers and participants alike.

Do I have to write a letter on paper to the SEB for this concern to be
addressed?
