H.B. Halicki starred/wrote/directed/etc the original Gone, The Junkman
(wasnt' a sequel), and Gone II (the sequel).
Gone in 60 Seconds II was never finished because H.B. died prior to filiming
a car chase scene that went through a junkyard or construction yard. A
run-down watertower that was rigged to fall during the scene fell
prematurely, and landed on H.B., crushing him.
BTW, the original Gone has been re-released in DVD and can be found at
amazon.com for about $20.
