Silly Rocky... He's from Canada, and he's talking about the US SCCA solo II
nationals (...right?).

Anyway, the program is called "Timing and Scoring 2000", or whatever the
last year it was updated ;-).

It was written back in about 96, and has been updated several times over the
years.

I think Paul Whitney is the current owner of the program, and I would start
with her, or just call the national headquarters and ask.
