I can't speak for Peavey, but it may be more the case of a an internet idea
sacrificed to the quaint concept of STOP LOSING SO MUCH MONEY! :) Which
seems to the main motivation of internet ideas being abandoned.
Bandwidth ain't cheap. When I first brought up the idea of a video stream
idea, I was asked how many people might potentially log on to watch at one
time. The costs to deliver the bandwidth if the numbers are sizable were
pretty high. In the many thousands of dollars.
