Kansas City, technically. On I-70, East of Downtown about 8 miles.

>From the East, just come in on I-70 all the way. First you'll pass Blue
Springs (7 Hwy and Woods Chapel Road exits), then you'll pass Lees Summit
(Lees Summit Road Exit), and then you'll pass M-291 Hwy. Keep coming
Westward until you pass the Blue Ridge Shopping Mall on your left, the South
side of the highway. There is a Blue Ridge exit here, but pass it up and
keep going. Blue Ridge sort of parallels I-70. The Stadiums are very
shortly thereafter on the Blue Ridge Cutoff/George Brett Memorial Hwy exit
and on the South side of I-70. If you hit I-435 you went a little too far
and it's hell getting turned around.

>From the West, come on I-70 past Hwy I-435 on the West side of town (435
makes a complete loop around KC) and go almost exactly 20 miles through
Downtown KC and again past (under) I-435 (this time on the Missouri side).
The Stadiums are at the next exit past I-435, the Blue Ridge Cutoff/George
Brett Memorial Hwy exit, on the South side of the highway. IF you hit the
Blue Ride Mall, you went a little too far.

I hope that helps.
