Looks like we are making progress but I have been given the heads up
about the issue of noise.
For those regions that have to comply with a noise by-law or other
understanding what's the limit? How is it determined?
If there is a Db limit, who supplies the sound meter and how far away is it?
Sorry for the many questions, inquiring minds and all that..... :-)
