Maybe I missed it, but I did not see a thread regarding the proposal to allow 
Mazda 12A powerplants in DM.  I still have a few basic questions.

What sort of power can be made reliably with these limited modifications?  
What order of magnitude are we looking at for cost?  Since a rotary is a lot 
like a two stroke, do they freak out with changes in atmospheric conditions so 
that you spend all weekend changing jets if using a carb?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
