Dear Larry and Donna,
Can you send out inquiries through your Autocross network for someone who is
or knows of a mechanic Charlie can trust and afford?
Charlie's car is not sounding nearly as good as it was before it was stolen.
It apparently spent a couple of months being used by someone who did not
care about it. He has not yet been able to locate a mechanic in the Seattle
area who is both good and affordable. He does not expect to pay zero for
honest high quality advise and skill; however, he is on a limited budget. He
is concerned about whether to junk the car or fix it and re-register it.
